I’m Jose Palacio, a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with over 14 years of corporate finance experience. I help small business owners regain their time and confidence through professional, accurate, and reliable bookkeeping.

I began my finance career as an intern at JP Morgan in New York City — one of the world's most prestigious financial institutions. From there, I went on to serve as Finance Controller at BNY Mellon, followed by Finance Manager at Mortgage Connect, a major mortgage title company, and most recently as Finance Manager at ExtraHop Networks, a leading cybersecurity firm.

A Little About Me

Outside of bookkeeping, I'm an adventurer at heart. I've traveled across 4 continents and 36 countries — including a full year off just to explore the world. When I'm not crunching numbers, you'll find me hiking or skiing the mountains of Utah, camping under the stars, or on the tennis court. I'm also an avid reader and fluent in Spanish, which allows me to serve clients in both English and Spanish. I live in Salt Lake City with my wife, and I bring that same energy, curiosity, and dedication to every client I work with.
